KAZE CORPORATION

Terms

Website and Kaze One terms

Using this website

By using this website or creating a Kaze One account, you agree to these terms. Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, property, cybersecurity or investment advice. A signed service agreement and written quotation govern any paid engagement.

Kaze One demonstration access

Unless Kaze confirms otherwise in writing, the first 14 days provide controlled demonstration access. Demo accounts may use sample data, contain limited or simulated functionality and must not be relied on as a production service. Demonstration access does not create an ongoing paid subscription.

Prices and quotations

Website prices are starting prices and include GST where GST applies to the displayed offer. A written quotation will state the final scope, billing period, total price, GST treatment, third-party charges and any minimum commitment before you purchase.

Account security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify Kaze promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Staff and administrator access is invitation-only and may require multi-factor authentication. You must not share access or attempt to use another person’s account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website or Kaze One unlawfully; upload malicious code; probe, scan or bypass security; interfere with availability; scrape protected information; impersonate another person; or access a product, customer record or administrative function you are not authorised to use.

Intellectual property

Kaze retains rights in the website, portal, branding, designs, software and original content. You retain rights in information you lawfully provide and grant Kaze permission to process it only as needed to operate the requested service and meet applicable obligations.

Availability and third-party services

We work to keep services secure and available, but maintenance, faults and provider interruptions may occur. Links and integrations supplied by third parties are also subject to their terms and availability.

Suspension and termination

Kaze may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or legal rights, or where these terms are materially breached. Paid-service termination and data-return obligations are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable guarantees under Australian consumer law. Any limitation applying to a paid service will be stated in the signed service agreement and operates only to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy and contact

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
